Introducing Johanna
Johanna Tomlinson is the founder of Clear South Consulting and brings more than 20 years of experience across commercial business management, agriculture, natural resource management, governance and for-purpose leadership.
Johanna holds qualifications in environmental science and project management, is a Graduate of the Australian Institute of Company Directors, and is a Nuffield Scholar. She maintains professional affiliations that support her ongoing learning, governance practice and leadership development.
Johanna’s experience spans executive leadership, business management, governance, facilitation, stakeholder engagement, investment attraction, and the design and delivery of complex programs and projects. She has worked across business, government, industry, community and First Nations contexts, bringing a practical understanding of how strategy, people, resources and delivery need to align.
With deep roots in regional Western Australia, real-world leadership experience, and active business ownership and management, Johanna brings commercial acumen, considered judgement and practical delivery insight to her work.
She is motivated by helping organisations turn good intent into well-executed, lasting impact.
